There weren't any staff on duty, and the service was lacking. Then the water went out in the morning, which was ridiculous. I have no intention of starting a business.

The lobby sofa was very dirty, the table was covered in trash, and the interior was dusty. The most annoying part was being made to check in manually to this room in the lower building, lol. I booked in the app two weeks earlier, but when I arrived the hotel was full. I did get a full refund, but I was so annoyed. After sitting in a long traffic jam, I wanted to rest and instead had to find somewhere else to stay. I feel sorry for guests traveling with small children or elderly parents. Please sort out the management. For a hotel of this class, the receptionist doesn't even have a laptop, so staff were chatting in a WhatsApp group to confirm check-ins. I don't know who's being naughty.

I was exhausted after a terrible traffic jam and only wanted to rest when I got to the hotel. Instead, it was crowded with people COMPLAINING. Everyone who had booked through the app was getting their money REFUNDED because the rooms were FULL!? I booked on tiket.com two weeks ahead. The receptionist said this had happened often, especially on long weekends. It doesn't seem like a system or app error, but a deliberate human mistake being repeated. The management is chaotic, according to the receptionist, and nothing has changed despite this happening many times. I quietly negotiated with the workers and got a makeshift room at a slightly higher price. I was tired, so I had to take it. The room was like the one in the photo: flickering lights, a damp mattress, a dirty floor, and more. My advice is to find somewhere else before booking here. Please remove lodgings like this from Agoda, tiket.com, and other app listings so people aren't fooled. I feel for anyone coming with small children or elderly people after traveling all this way only to get a ZONK!!!! Tokai..!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

It was pretty good, though they only gave us one towel and no toiletries like soap or a toothbrush. The WiFi was slow, and there wasn't any staff member on standby. When I checked out, I just left the room key on the table, haha.
