The morning view outside the room was lovely, and the service was really good. Mr. Komeng was there, and his name is good. Unfortunately, our room had a leaking roof after last night's heavy rain. We arrived at the inn soaked and then waited a long time for the key to be gone. Huhu, such a shame.

The road is very steep and extreme. Towels, soap, and mineral water aren't provided in the room, though the hotel information says you can find all of that.

The remote access may be why this place feels like a hidden gem, and the atmosphere is super peaceful. The building and rooms are great, and the Wi-Fi is fairly fast even though the signal around here can be spotty. The price and amenities are good value too. I'll probably stay here next time I visit Puncak.

A comfortable resort with good service, and a great fit for a peaceful holiday.

The air is cool, and the room is nice in a new building. The weak signal and underwhelming Wi-Fi are the downside.
