The rental contract ended two years ago, though the app is still active for bookings. It's better to go straight to the location and ask the broker there to guide you and help find the accommodation you want. The minimum budget is 250 thousand per night. Beach entry is 10 thousand per person, with as many visits as you like. Bring a vehicle in good condition and make sure the driver is up to it, because the roads are quite extreme. From the main road, you can only reach the inn by motorbike or on foot. Cars have to be left in the dedicated parking area beside the road. From there, you can walk or take a motorcycle taxi with the guide. Ask the guide about rental vehicles. Bring a full tank from Pelabuhan Ratu, with at least 7-12 liters, as gas stations are scarce in the area. Food takes some asking around. From the Sawarna Beach parking lot in the field, it's a few hundred meters to walk, not a full kilometer. The beach is also a short walk away. There are brick houses and bamboo-walled houses, so you can pick whichever setting you prefer. Air-conditioned rooms are available, if not two. The bamboo houses have open air ventilation, which means lots of mosquitoes and small animals at night. If you have time, you can ask the innkeeper about karaoke. There's also a drying area and laundry space, so you can clean up outside as soon as you return from the beach. For a bamboo house, expect to pay 400,000 to 1 million rupiah. Prices go up during events like long weekends and New Year's. Renting a room is estimated at around 250,000 Rupiah. With its pros and cons, I'd recommend staying here.
