For the price, it’s clean enough and pretty decent value. It’s close to IPB campus, a mini market, and plenty of food spots, though being right by the main road makes it a little noisy. There wasn’t really service, but the front desk staff were helpful. Some beds need fixing and weren’t very comfortable, though my son’s bed was fine. Okay for a night or two.

The room was okay, just very small and not quite clean enough. At least they had hot water for bathing.

A very basic room, with a tiny, dirty washroom.

Lmao, a spider suddenly came out of the air conditioner channel.
