The location across from Aeon mall is strategic and parking is spacious, but overnight guests still have to pay 15k, while drop-offs aren't charged. The price is affordable, yet the rooms badly need repainting and renovation. Most walls had red marks, maybe lipstick or blood, I'm not sure. The sofa and curtains were heavily stained too. Please replace the blankets, mats, towels, and bedsheets before there are more complaints. Bring your own amenities. There's a small kitchen and balcony, but they aren't very functional, and there's no refrigerator or towel hanger. The electricity warning keeps coming on while you're resting. I thought it was an alarm, and it's disturbing. The AC panel and remote need fixing. 21 degrees is really cold, while 27 degrees is normal. Each room is supposed to have two bulbs, but only one works. The elevator is split between customers and tools. Staff will clean if you ask. I booked a different room type but got another version. That room did have a small fridge, which was nice, but it smelled a bit old. It was still better than my previous stay. The sheets weren't very white and could have been cleaner. You still have to pay Rp20,000 per day even when staying there.

I love Indonesia and its people, but this stay really disappointed me. The receptionists were rude and slow, and didn't make me feel welcome. I made a mistake with the date, but they weren't proactive about working with Traveloka to reschedule.

The AC and water heater were the only things that worked well. The room smelled bad, the sofa looked so dirty I didn't even want to touch it, and the sheets were old and full of holes. They gave us just one thin blanket. There was no bathroom mat or toiletries, and even the curtain was unsettling. It clearly hadn't been maintained or cleaned properly. We stayed in December 2024, and the room we got didn't look like the photos at all. Avoid this place.

The only upside was the location, near AEON MALL and IKEA. We left and stayed somewhere else, and didn't ask for a refund. The room in the pictures didn't seem to exist. There was no Wi-Fi or bed cover, and the sheets, pillows, and walls were dirty. They charge for amenities, though they did provide two complimentary bottles of water. Don't be fooled by the photos like we were.

It's within walking distance of Aeon Mall and IKEA, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The hot water worked well, but the bed was small and squeaky. There were mold spots in several places, and no towels or toiletries were provided. More like a budget "melati" hotel, with limited service and facilities. The swimming pool was closed.
