Quite nice.

I was there from noon until 10 pm, and the AC never cooled the room. It was so hot I had to sleep with my clothes off. The service was poor and unfriendly, and the TV had no channels. Netflix and the other apps on the smart TV couldn't be used either. When I asked, they said I should move to an analog room if I wanted broadcasts. I tried to sort it out myself, but apparently all I had to do was search for channels. Why should guests have to figure that out? They only supplied towels and toiletries that had to be bought. I don't mind paying, but there should at least be tissues for the toilet or room. Check-in was late too, which left me shaking my head. It's a shame because the place itself is pretty, but the management is really bad. I've had an Oyo stay for 70 thousand that was much better. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited.

The AC was cold and the hot water worked, though the water looked a little yellow and smelled slightly rusty. That was about the only good part of this stay. When I first entered room 104, there were dead cockroaches. I forgot to take a photo, and after asking to move, I was put in 103. At least that room had no dead cockroaches and wasn't as musty. The photos show the rest: dirty, peeling wall paint, stained sheets, pillows with a sloth-like smell, and a bed that made me itch. I think Urbanview was careless to include this place in its inn lineup. At 140 thousand rupiah a night, I found it expensive for a room like this. A place like this should cost less so people don't complain. Thanks.

The location is decent, but the standard room has little to offer for the price. The TV is basically useless since YouTube, Netflix, and similar apps don't work. The only toiletries supplied are towels, while soap and toothbrushes cost extra, even though those are usually standard. The room amenities are incomplete and disappointing, and customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff were barely welcoming, and other guests have complained about their attitude too. They seem to just greet people and show them around. I was fined over cigarette butts I had kept in a used wrapper. I explained they were mixed with rubbish and hadn't been thrown in the bin, but they still counted it as smoking in the room. Going out to the balcony to smoke felt pointless if this is the outcome. I asked staff to check CCTV to show that guests had smoked outside and followed the rules, but they only accused me of doing it as a “formality.” There was no professionalism, even after I explained. Other guests mentioned the same issue in conversation. The staff's attitude and professionalism need to improve so this doesn't happen again. Room: Standard. Stars speak for themselves.
