My biggest problem was the communication. I was given several phone numbers, through Booking and in person, and found others on Google Maps, but they kept ignoring me. I first tried contacting them through the app after visiting, then booked on Booking anyway. I was ignored for about two weeks before moving in and another week afterward, until I had a bathroom problem. It took a lot of asking and nearly begging before the staff let me speak to the manager. It turned out to be one of the numbers that had ignored me for three weeks about something else. The manager made promises that weren’t true, avoided taking responsibility, and didn’t apologize for lying. Instead, she sent a staff member to apologize. That staff member gave me her number about the bathroom, but I already had it, and she too had ignored me for three weeks. The numbers don’t seem to work unless there’s a bigger issue. Don’t expect honesty, respect, or accountability. They did fix the bathroom, and I’m grateful for that, but I still don’t appreciate being lied to or the lack of accountability. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a living area slightly separate from the sleeping area, including a couch and smart TV. There’s a fridge and kitchenette with plates, forks, spoons, and cups. Knives and a stove are in the shared kitchen. The place was cleaned well, though the bathroom sometimes smelled odd. The room itself was quite dark, with only one small window, and even after the shower was fixed, the water didn’t stay warm for long. Those things may be personal preference. It’s still a nice, clean room if you don’t mind them, but the communication was poor. They do a good job cleaning, but won’t clean unless you ask.
