I won’t stay here again. I paid 595 in full and had proof of a confirmed booking, but at check-in the receptionist said the hotel was fully booked. She kept blaming the system and repeating that there were no rooms instead of apologizing. Only after calling her superior did she find a room and say sorry. For the price, the room was in really poor shape compared with similar hotels. It was dirty, with peeling and bubbled paint, a hole in the corner, a nearly falling bedside lamp, and a cracked sink. It also wasn’t soundproof, and being next to the main road meant I could hear traffic. They didn’t give me the Wi-Fi password, and it took about 10 minutes for hot water to reach the shower.

The pool was great, and the facilities felt in line with the price. We booked two rooms for one night and were greeted warmly. One door was jammed, but staff fixed it quickly. We expected one bed in each room, though both had twin beds instead. The rooms are a bit cramped for bringing children. There was no heater, tea, or coffee in the room, just mineral water, with refills available in the corridor.

I stayed for nine nights and had a bad experience. The place was so dirty that I ended up going to hospital for treatment for the itching on my back. Whenever I asked for the bed cover and pillowcase to be changed, they never gave me clean ones.

The room was comfortable and the shower was good, but there was no kettle. Breakfast was mostly spicy Asian food, and the toaster needs an upgrade.
