It was quiet and peaceful, and the apartments and gardens were kept looking presentable with constant cleaning and ongoing maintenance. The pool was cleaned regularly too. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the owner and staff were friendly, always smiling, and ready to answer questions.

Lovely place and a lovely host. The issue was the long-term Australian drinkers who acted as if the place belonged to them. After 10 pm, they would yell and get aggressive if you spoke at a normal volume outside your room.

The garden is beautiful, and the pool was spotless with a perfect temperature. Even though the property is near the main road, the little garden makes it much quieter; you can sometimes hear bikes or cars. The place itself was peaceful, and the host and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They helped us rent a bike, and when my flight was significantly delayed and I arrived for check-in almost at midnight, they made no fuss at all. The AC worked perfectly, so it was lovely to return to a cool room. There were quite a few geckos inside, which I thought were cute, though I can imagine some people might not like them. One bathroom window had no glass, so it got a bit warmer and a few mosquitoes came in. Keeping the bathroom door shut easily avoided that. The wardrobe shelves were a little dusty, and the kitchen was short on utensils: one pan, one pot, no butter knives, and no kitchen towel. It wasn't a big problem, though.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The place is quiet, and the staff made us feel welcome with amazing service. It's also close to the main parts of Sanur Beach and plenty of local warungs serving great food at good prices. The pool is a nice bonus for cooling down, and the self-contained kitchenette makes it suitable for short or longer stays.
