The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices, including porridge, chicken soup, fruit, and bread. There wasn't an egg station in the restaurant, but you could ask for eggs such as sunny side up or scrambled. Staff were polite, friendly, informative, and helpful throughout my two-night stay. I borrowed a hair dryer, and housekeeping quickly helped when I needed them. My room was clean and tidy, about 22 m², and I especially liked the shower divider because it kept the toilet floor dry. The sink initially had a drainage problem, but housekeeping fixed it right away. I had two pleasant nights here.

We came as a group and stayed for 4 nights. The toilets were very dirty, with mould and a bad smell, and the room also smelled unpleasant. The air conditioning was poor. Not suitable for tourists.

We stayed here in December 2024. The staff were quick to respond and moved us to a better room the next day, which was cleaner and more comfortable. But even the Superior King Room had no refrigerator, safe, or microwave, and there was no ice machine on-site. Our first room was in unacceptable condition, with visible mould on the walls and surfaces, a leaking drain under the faucet, dirty bed linens, ants, and spider webs. It was unsanitary and unfit for guests. The restroom in the lobby was also consistently unclean, with floors that were always wet, apparently due to poor cleaning, creating hygiene and safety concerns. I appreciated how responsive the staff were, but the hotel's condition fell short in key areas. The first room's state was inexcusable, and the replacement room still lacked basic amenities. If you're considering staying here, confirm the room condition and amenities in detail before booking. The experience didn't have the polish I'd expect from a boutique hotel. I hope this helps future guests make an informed decision.
