The staff are friendly but give you space, and the side street stays fairly quiet. Grab taxis are easy to find here at any hour. The rooms seem fairly new, with air conditioning and hot water, and there’s a pool too. Good value for what you get, though the pool feels cold because it gets very little sun.

For $22 a night when I stayed in Jan 2017, this was well worth the money. The cab ride from the airport takes about 30 minutes. The room was basic, clean, and practical, with a double bed, a hot shower, a flushing toilet, and a TV. The TV had random alarms set around lunchtime.

Breakfast and hot water were included, and there was air conditioning in my twin room. It had no windows, and the room smelled a bit, but it was okay. Pool hours are limited to 9am till 9pm.

A nice spot to pause after a long journey before heading off again. It was quiet and clean, with hot water and aircon. There’s a small pool and laundry, and the staff were friendly.
