Our room was spacious for the price, had a pool view, and was great. Everything was clean, organized, and accommodating. Someone also helped carry our things from the car up to the room. The receptionist did a great job. She patiently and enthusiastically answered all my questions when I booked by phone, and knew how to welcome guests. Please keep it up!

I needed an iron, and housekeeping brought one to our room when I asked. The room was clean, the sheets were clean, and the amenities included a hair dryer. The hotel is in a quiet government-institutions area in Denpasar, away from the main road but within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. I had a pleasant stay after reading good reviews on a few platforms.

We spent Christmas here with my wife and found the hotel peaceful, comfortable, and secure. It was clean and well maintained, and the service met our expectations. The staff were friendly, respectful, and ready to help. Getting around was convenient, with local food options close by and Matahari and Ramayana malls within walking distance for shopping and everyday needs. We appreciated the hospitality and would recommend Hotel Grand Santhi.

The pool was very clean, the view was nice, and there's plenty of car parking. Breakfast was delicious and the service responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Good value for an affordable price, and I'd recommend it.
