Hotel L'Amore Bali

We were on a quiet street, and it was easy to arrange a taxi or scooter. The location in Seminyak worked well, and there was a small shop downstairs with coffee and snacks. Staff were really friendly, and we got fresh towels daily during our eight-day stay. They also let us check out late. I'd recommend this hotel.

I booked for a month but left after three weeks because the air conditioning wasn't working. Staff told me several times that it had been fixed, but most nights I'd wake up around 2 a.m. sweating. The room was hotter than outside at that hour. The monthly rooms on the third floor are different in value from the nightly rooms on floors one and two, which I understand. Still, I wouldn't recommend the room I had when there are other rooms at similar prices. This isn't a good choice for a month-long stay.

It's a quiet, pleasant little place, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price felt fair, and even after checkout we could still use the gym and pool for free. Breakfast needs more variety. I stayed four nights and got fried rice every day, and accessibility could be better. The carpet in the room should also be cleaned daily. I enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend it.

The room had a window seat, which was a nice extra, and the amenities were complete for a very reasonable price. There was coffee and tea, bathroom supplies, a large TV with channels, cold air conditioning, a minibar, and a safe. The rain shower worked well, with hot water available. Staff were helpful and nice, and the owner gave us an extra complimentary drink besides the welcome drink. A thoughtful gesture. The room did feel a bit damp. They should consider removing the carpets and wallpaper.
