I stayed for a month, intending to bring my family, but luckily that didn't happen. At the start, they promised to replace the mattress, repaint the room, add a shower, and take care of other things, but none of it was done. The owners, Gung Adi and Gek Ana, were slow to respond, and the solutions they offered never solved anything. They were quick to reply at first, then everything changed completely. It felt like false promises from the beginning. Don't be taken in by the friendly faces and promising words. I experienced it myself.

This was my first time in Bali, and unfortunately I ended up at a place with poor service. For the whole month I stayed, the toilet wouldn't flush and the AC wouldn't turn on. The TV was just room decoration. They kept saying they'd fix things, but nothing was repaired. The deposit was another disappointment: there had been no agreement about it at first, then they suddenly asked for 250k per room. They promised to return it two weeks after we left. Two months later, it still hadn't come back. We followed up and were given promises, but then all our numbers were blocked. Please be careful. I'm only sharing what happened to me, not trying to bring anyone down. It's hard to earn money, and this time I feel we were scammed 🙏🙏🙏

We stayed at this boarding house for a month, and a lot of our complaints were ignored 😔😔🥲. No deposit had been discussed before we moved in, but they suddenly asked for one. They promised to return it right away when we left, yet a week after moving out, it still hadn't been paid back 😭. The Wi-Fi worked for just one week, then stopped for the remaining three. We followed up with the owner, but only got lies. The AC also stopped cooling, and despite asking for help, nothing happened. Bali is so hot, and I was nearly in tears after a week without working AC. They also said the toilet flush would be fixed from the start, but a whole month passed without any repair.

It was my worst stay. The room was dim, the bathtub wouldn't turn on, and the toilet wouldn't flush. What I found was nothing like the photos on OYO, so it seemed like a scam. I'm not asking for my money back. I'd rather see it spent on improving the facilities that are already there.

The room didn't match the photos at all!!! The sheets had stains, and there was no water at the sink. The shower was barely a trickle with no pressure, and the drain was blocked. There was a refrigerator, but it was dirty and smelled awful inside. At night I couldn't switch off the air conditioner, so to keep warm I used a blanket and opened all the windows.
