The communal pool was lovely, but noise could be hard to get away from when we wanted quiet. The villa services were reasonably priced, though there's not much within walking distance apart from the bottle o. I'd suggest staying closer to the Icon area or choosing another town. The villa was fine overall, though a bit run down and not cleaned especially well. Bathrooms had no ventilation, and cleaning between stays wasn't thorough. Bali Belly is real. The staff kitchen was always grubby, and the cupboards in the other kitchens had mould. Our fridge was propped up with a rock. I think the place needs a thorough overall clean and some work, because it could be great. I wouldn't stay in Sanur again. It seemed mainly aimed at retired Aussies, and there wasn't much to do.

The staff were lovely, and the grounds were okay. The entrance gate was locked, but that was the only security, and the rooms themselves couldn't be locked. At first the estate looked lovely, but a closer look showed it was tired and run down. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the kitchens didn't have many useful things.

The garden setting is lovely and the place itself is really nice. It could be very tranquil if motorbikes weren't racing on the main road all night. It's incredibly disruptive, though it's not the hotel's fault. Hopefully the local authorities can put a stop to it.

We had a family gathering here and had a great time. The common outdoor area with its pool and big dining table was the best part. The pool was lovely for the kids, who could stand in the first section. The rooms were big, nice, and clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. It's in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from the beach. Definitely recommend it.

The karaoke setup was fantastic and made the stay more fun. The villa itself was beautiful, and the staff were so helpful. They even cooked our meals, which was a lovely touch. We had a great, memorable stay, though the place wasn't the cleanest. There were some mosquitoes, but the villa supplied coils that helped a lot, as well as fresh towels. One tip: the hairdryer wasn't very powerful, so bring your own, along with the soaps you prefer.
