We rented Villa No: 4 for six months and paid a security deposit. Serious property problems meant we had to leave after three months, despite the agreement allowing early termination and a full deposit refund in that situation. At move-out, we got back only 40% of the deposit. When we asked about the rest, we were told a police report could be filed. As expatriates, that left us feeling especially vulnerable. Future tenants should read the contract and deposit terms carefully before renting. Unfortunately, this was our experience.

I lived there for a while, and the place was awful. The nearby restaurant made noise at night, and there were lots of insects and ants. The property was in bad shape and needed repairs, and housekeeping was poor. The owner was meant to cover a repair himself, but charged it to our deposit instead, breaking the agreement. Strongly not recommended.

I booked four nights, but the room had lots of insects and there was constant evening noise from a nearby cafe. The cleaning was poor too. I can't recommend this place.

A lovely, tucked-away spot for a quiet break with someone you love. It feels private and intimate.

I really liked Yande, the owner. He was always kind and helpful to us, and that made our stay in this villa lovely. It's a great place for staying a few months, and we'll definitely come back.
