OYO 3018 Vin Stay

The room smelled dirty, and the shower room was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. We couldn’t spend the night there, but the staff wouldn’t help or give us a refund. Honestly, this was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. If you have another option, don’t stay here. The service was very bad.

I paid 200K ++ for a room, but when I came back after going out to get food, they’d handed it to someone else. I’d asked about checking in early, and they told me to come back at 2 pm, so I left for an hour. The staff didn’t apologize. Instead, they blamed me for going out to get a meal, and I lost my money. The service was terrible. kak kapan, if a guest has already paid for a room, please don’t hand it over to someone else.

The drawer was already broken, and the interior wasn’t good. I stayed for 5 days, but the bedsheet was never changed. The bathroom smelled bad too.

OYO seems like a decent budget option, though the rooms can be small and cleanliness and service aren’t consistent from one hotel to another. There have also been reports of scams and fraud connected with OYO bookings.
