I booked through Agoda, but they said they didn’t have my reservation. The room wasn’t clean, the bathroom was a nightmare, and the beds hadn’t even been made. Run away!

The room guard was rude to me. My room still had two hours left, but he told me to wait for Gojek outside the hotel. What if I didn’t know Gojek? Why make me wait outdoors? Really rude to guests.

It was just terrible. The oldest, dirtiest, most damaged hotel in the world. Just awful.

The room was in a deplorable state, and the bathroom was even worse. The whole place feels old and badly maintained. I can see why nobody else is here. Avoid it.
