Communication was a real headache because the receptionist barely knew any English. There was also a shower warning written in Indonesian, which isn't much use to a tourist. Our room wasn't cleaned even though we'd specifically asked. There was no cupboard or mirror, and no adapters either. For a double bed, the sheet and blanket were so small that we couldn't share them. This place needs a lot of improvement.

Um... I think we got a bad room. The water pressure couldn't be adjusted, and the hot shower pressure kept changing. There wasn't free Wi-Fi, or maybe the router just couldn't reach my room. The bed was fine, though. It's a very simple room for four adults, and the TV was too small to watch from the bed.

The hotel is in the Sanur Area on Bali Island and isn't very big. It would work well for a small meeting or a family reunion of 50-60 people. They have many family rooms, each for four people, and can arrange full-board meetings with food and accommodation. The rooms are clean enough, the food is good, and the staff are helpful.

We picked this place for its easy access to Sanur Beach and a good last-minute rate, and stayed just one night. It was quiet and fairly spacious, though some vacant rooms looked neglected, with no maintenance. The bed and pillow sheets were stained and dirty. The AC worked well, and it seems suited to a low budget. Better upkeep would make a big difference.
