The staff were friendly and courteous, and I don't blame them. They're just workers without management. But there was no guest service at all, and you were left to handle everything yourself. The AC had no freon, the toilet was dirty, there were no extra sheets, the bathtub was moldy, and there was no emergency help if something happened. It's far below standard. At 300 000/day, it's far too expensive for the facilities, which do nothing to make your stay enjoyable. Watch out for the electricity charge at the end too: 600 000 for 5 days, with the meter running even when you weren't using electricity. A disaster, shocking. I really regret spending money here. I suggest finding a hotel. Mafia.

There are plenty of food shops nearby, and the guest house is in Denpasar's Islamic community area, Kp. Kepaon. It's close to Kuta beach, the mall, and other places. A motorcycle would be useful for exploring Bali. The place has two and three floor buildings. Rooms on the third floor have hot water; other rooms have AC, TV, a large cupboard, dressing table, kitchen area without a stove, and a shower bathroom. The water smells a bit like iron, bathrooms are somewhat dirty, and sometimes there are cockroaches in the kitchen. Parking is small for cars but enough for motorcycles. It costs IDR150K/night, though online booking may be cheaper, and monthly rent is IDR1.5million/month, electricity not included. A recommended guest house for backpackers or families.
