The receptionists were charming, but that was about the only good part. The hotel is way below average, and the rooms were in the worst condition I’ve seen, looking like they were built in the 80s. Don’t be taken in by the photos. Even the food was disappointing: cold food wasn’t brought to the room and wasn’t prepared at the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re really on a budget and have medical insurance coverage.

This was one of my worst experiences, especially dealing with the parking lot. The room smelled, wasn’t maintained properly, and the sink pipe was broken, leaving water all over the floor. The management was bad.

Be careful, guys. I’ve never seen a hotel with service this bad before. 😭😭😭💔💔💔💔

The pool was dirty, and even though the staff were kind and helpful, nothing they did made our stay better. Communication was also really hard because none of them spoke English. We absolutely don’t recommend this hotel. It was an extremely disappointing two weeks. We had trouble from the start: after arriving, we waited almost an hour for our room because nobody was available to help with our luggage. Then we ended up changing rooms five times. The refrigerator didn’t work and there was no hot water in the first room; the second had broken air conditioning; the third had no hot water again; and the fourth had no Wi-Fi. We complained, but staff couldn’t fix anything and just suggested trying another room, hoping it would be better. The place is in terrible shape and feels like it’s falling apart. I put a water bottle on the bathroom sink and pieces came off. There was limescale all over the sink and shower, stains on the sheets, pillows, towels, and even walls, plus damaged furniture. The photos online look nice, but the reality was horrible. We also saw a mouse twice.

The noise made it impossible to get proper rest in the afternoon or evening. Kids spent hours screaming and stomping through the halls, running around and trying our door, and their parents never told them to quiet down. It shouldn’t be on other guests to teach someone else’s kids to be respectful. We’d been travelling all night and were exhausted. By the time we got into the room, we thought about leaving, but didn’t have the energy. Getting inside was a mess too. There was a ramp separate from the stairs, and with our big suitcases we tried the ramp. It was shiny granite with almost no grip, so my friend nearly fell, and our Grab driver slipped too while helping us up. At the top, the door wouldn’t open. I knocked several times while people inside ignored us at first. Eventually someone just pointed us toward the steps instead of opening the door. We had to go back down the slippery ramp and use the stairs. My friend laid her suitcase down and pushed it, and it shot down the ramp. The room itself was in awful condition. There were stains on the bed and pillows, holes in the ceiling, dust everywhere, and a broken, dirty, stained mirror. The bathroom was disgusting, with limescale everywhere and revolting-looking showerheads. We didn’t shower. The sink tap and toilet roll holder were rusty enough to leave rust on the toilet paper, and even a little wind made the windows rattle loudly. It was a terrible stay, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Check reviews across several sites and look at the pictures. We’ve stayed in much cheaper places in different locations that were nicer in every way.
