The male staff were all friendly and very respectful when serving customers. The two female staff, though, left us very disappointed: one was completely unfriendly, and one was rude in her tone and when knocking on the door. There was no one to speak to when we wanted to raise something, and neither offered a smile or greeting. She also talked loudly on the phone in the lobby every night, and the noise carried into our room. They don’t seem to serve customers wholeheartedly. The location is very strategic, but the room itself could use some improvement.

I paid in advance through the RedDoorz app after booking well ahead, but when I got to the hotel on the day, they said all the rooms were full. They moved me to another place and gave various reasons. That was very unprofessional.
