I've never stayed somewhere this dirty. The receptionist was also incredibly inconsiderate and unhelpful. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it to anyone.

I booked after seeing the positive reviews and nice photos, but what I found was very different. The building was badly damaged, and even the sink was broken. There were cobwebs in the room and the towels were dirty. No trash can or tissues, and there was no Wi-Fi in my room. One room was even infested with mosquitoes.

They forgot we were arriving for a late check-in, and there were no keys with our name on them. Our first night in Bali was one to forget.
