Soka Asri Guest House near Bali Zoo RedPartner

We got there at night after a tiring trip with small children, and one of them had fallen asleep on the way. The property didn't seem to care at all, so we left. If you're planning to stay here, check the room is actually ready first, especially if you're travelling a long way with children. I had booked and paid for two rooms on December 31, 2025 through the tr** app. It showed five rooms still available, but when we arrived, there were no rooms available at all, and no receptionist either. I found out I was supposed to ask at the minimarket next door. The woman there asked if I'd booked for that day, and I said yes. When she checked the app, my reservation for two rooms was there. I was eventually put in touch with someone, though I don't know who. They asked me to call, so I did and requested a refund. The property refused, saying they couldn't refund me, even though this wasn't my mistake. Thank you.

What a mess. I paid for a booking through Agoda, but when I contacted them to confirm, they said they no longer accepted payments through the app. The booking fell through, and they told me to transfer the money to the admin's account. Terrible service.

I've been staying here a long time, and it's really good.

The rooms are comfortable and the service is good, but the upper rooms often get packed, like a night market in KL. And somehow, the 24-hour shop is still selling nails at night.
