The owner wanted more money, but never told me that directly. Instead, after about 20 days, nobody had cleaned my room and the air conditioning still wasn't working. I raised both problems, then waited another 10 days with no changes. I had to ask someone I know to speak to the owner to find out why. I think the owner was trying to make me leave so he could get new guests willing to pay more. I was supposed to stay in this guest house for three months, and a man I know had negotiated a rate of 4.5M per month. Don't go here.

This place is for you if you want to spend time with local people and get closer to everyday life, rather than chasing big luxuries, beaches, and excursions. It's a lovely family who make you feel like one of their own. I'd recommend it without hesitation. Thanks!

The beds are good. There's construction next door on a new building, though, and it's noisy from early in the morning until fairly late.
