A relaxing place with good facilities and friendly staff, and good value too. You’ll benefit from having a car or scooter to reach Sanur centre, though they run shuttles regularly throughout the day.

The staff are nice and the location is good, though the place itself is a bit old. The real problem is illegal bike racing on the main road outside. It’s incredibly loud all night and made sleep impossible. Local authorities should address how antisocial this is.

We first came here by chance, and it’s become our second home in Bali. The staff are caring and supportive, work well together, and keep the rooms and shared spaces clean and welcoming. There’s also a massage room onsite, so you can get a treatment without going elsewhere. It’s peaceful here and close enough to pantai mertasari to walk there. The apartments are huge and well equipped: there’s a little kitchen with a microwave, hot plate and kettle for simple meals, plus a living room with a TV. Under each master kingbed are two extra beds that roll out easily, so there’s room for everyone. Families have a lovely shared area with a huge pool, where breakfast is served in the morning. It’s a nice place to play, swim and meet other families. Our children loved staying in the pool for ages. It’s a special spot for parents to relax and have happy times with their kids. Thank you for all the lovely moments we’ve had here so far.

The room was spacious, and the kitchen staff were reasonably friendly, but we unfortunately didn’t enjoy our stay and wouldn’t recommend this place. The location wasn’t in a desirable area, the linens and towels were discolored, and the room wasn’t clean overall. The aircon seemed to need servicing because it had a musty smell. When it rained heavily, water leaked into the room. The building paint was peeling in places and falling into the pool. I’m not sure why this hotel gets such high reviews, given my experience.
