I was booked into this hotel by Make My trip people for a stay on 26th June 2018. The photos on the website didn't match what I found. The property seemed not to have been maintained for years to the standard a hospitality business needs. It looks like management was suddenly or accidentally passed to young hands through legacy. The layout, design, style, and vision are good. They'd be better off making a U turn before it's too late.

My worst experience in Bali so far. Nobody told us the villa pool couldn't be used until we arrived. There were beer bottles and silverware at the bottom. We also found cockroaches, a broken toilet seat, and no hot water. The food wasn't good at all, and the staff and owner weren't very gracious. I would NOT recommend it. There are plenty of other inexpensive places that will give you a better time.

The staff were okay and helpful, but the hotel itself was in terrible condition and badly maintained. Only a few rooms are better. The facilities are already there, and the atmosphere could be lovely if the owner paid attention and took good care of the place. It would take a lot of effort, but the result could be stunning.

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner did work, but it was very noisy. The bigger problem was that there was no water in the bathroom, especially in the morning, so I couldn't bathe or perform Wudhu before my 7 a.m. plans. The hotel should repair some of the room equipment.

For a 3D2N stay, I got a great price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Worth it!
