This feels like my home away from Australia, and I love staying here every two weeks. The location is near enough to everything but away from the main area, about a 15-minute walk to Sanur shops and 20 minutes to the beach. There's secure parking when I hire a car. The lovely housekeeping ladies always greet me with a smile 😊. The Warung downstairs is authentic, good for a snack or dinner, and has great prices and hospitality.

There are lots of places to eat in the area and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are nicely decorated, service is good, and the price is convenient. I'd recommend it to budget travellers.

Please change the hotel name, it's confusing. There's also a residential place called Urban Heaven Residence, plus another Urban Haven. If you're choosing a name, make it distinctive. I wasted time going to the wrong place twice.
