The private pool was the best we’ve seen in Bali: long enough to swim in, and in direct sun for most of the day, so the water stays warm. The main bedroom is huge, the outdoor ensuite is superb, and there are two more bedrooms if needed. There’s also a well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a nice-sized TV and lounge area. The villa is well presented on a street parallel to Sanur’s main road, close to shops and restaurants but quiet enough, apart from some noisy roosters next door. Breakfast is included, the staff are great, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Five stars, easily. We’ll be back!

The ladies come in and cook a great range of breakfast options, and the manager is available whenever you need him. He even arranged a bike hire for us. I stayed with friends and family for my 60th, and everything was perfect. The pool is gorgeous, the staff are lovely, and I couldn’t think of a single thing to complain about. Absolutely beautiful. I loved it.

The manager was so helpful, and nothing seemed to be a problem. Villa Damai is a blissfully relaxing place, with a huge pool and lovely staff. It’s close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded.
