The rooms are spacious and good, and the staff are friendly. The bathroom smelled really bad, though. It was also hard to find the place without knowing its real name, since there are so many "ZENrooms" in Denpansar.

We only spent one night there, thankfully, because the bathroom smelled so awful we couldn't stand it. I wouldn't come back. "ZEN rooms" is a company that doesn't care about its customers.
