The place felt neglected and unprofessional, with a shady, uncomfortable vibe that left me uneasy. Garbage nearby made the room smell, and there were so many insects on the blanket 🙄. I can’t understand all the positive reviews. This was frustrating and far below basic expectations, and I wouldn’t come back or recommend it. The problems started in the room: spider webs in the bathroom, broken handles on both the main and bathroom doors, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was only one bottle of soap, no shampoo, and the drinking water was half a bottle. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and when I contacted the property, the response was slow and unhelpful. It honestly felt like nobody had made any effort.

We liked how comfortable the room was, with a good bed, nice AC, shower, cable TV, and a kitchen with a stove. The place is easy to find and get to, in a strategic spot close to the mall. It was clean, though quite crowded. There’s a swimming pool on the P1 floor, and we’re planning to go tomorrow morning. Thanks, Google and OYO :)

I had to carry my things on foot about 500m to another building because the unit I’d booked was already occupied by another guest. The service was poor. My unit had an oily floor, and even after I called cleaning service, it stayed oily. They also didn’t provide towels, sandals, or bath items.
