Having a mall in the apartment building makes everyday errands convenient. You can just go downstairs to buy what you need instead of taking a vehicle out.

Sending things is such a hassle, and the security guards don't know where they are.

The access card took ages to get after I booked online, and the agents weren't available quickly on check-in day. I had to keep calling and texting while waiting. Getting to the apartment is difficult if you arrive without a vehicle, and the WiFi disappeared at night. A supposedly strategic location doesn't help much when the place is so hard to find. Renting here wasn't worth it.
