The lobby is cozy and comfortable for guests. The rooms look like typical apartment rooms, though some have a nice view of South Jakarta and the UI forest.

It’s clean and nice, with a good amount of privacy. The station is nearby, so it’s easy to get around.

The apartment is medium-sized and has only one basement level for car parking.

I booked through an app and stayed one night, checking in around 7 pm. I didn’t know the area, and we’d already paid for the full night, but the owner was rude and pushed me to change rooms. I thought this was a room for a one-night stand. I also found out that the PIC for the room seemed to be different from the owner.
