The deposit was very large for a regular room key, and the payment rules weren't flexible. We were told they only took cash, so we went to look for the nearest ATM. Since we didn't have enough for the deposit, the receptionist offered the OVO at reception. We paid successfully, but then the owner called angrily and refused the payment because it was a restaurant OVO. Why was it at reception, then? Even though the payment had gone through, the owner insisted on not giving us the room. The receptionist didn't offer a solution, and we weren't given a full refund from the receptionist's money. The owner stayed arrogant, wouldn't take responsibility, and the money had already been credited to his balance. We left annoyed, with the OVO payment also non-refundable. The service was terrible and unprofessional, and the owner was very arrogant. Look elsewhere and choose more wisely. Don't be tempted by a cheap price when the service is so poor; there are plenty of affordable places with decent service and better owner attitudes. Worst for selfies. Very bad attitude and service.
