The only things I’ve been able to use here are the bed and air conditioning, and I’m still staying here. There was no Wi-Fi at all, even though it was advertised when I booked. At 2 p.m. the floor in my room was still wet, and the TV remote was broken, so the TV wasn’t usable. I asked about it three times and kept getting told they’d check later. The receptionist was eating each time I went to complain: at 3 p.m. about the TV, at 4 p.m. about the Wi-Fi, and at 5 p.m. about both. Have you hired a starving ghost? Sorry, but that’s what happened.
