I never stayed here. There was no guard, and the listed number wasn't active, so I had to ask someone at the shop out front for a number. The place felt really scary, and there's nowhere to park a motorbike. I wouldn't recommend it. I tried cancelling, but didn't get a 50% refund. I regret booking it so much.

Avoid ordering through OYO. Check-in is complicated, the building owner is far away, and they ask you to verify remotely. That left me worried my data could be misused.

You can get all the food you need at the Murodi kiosk. The location is strategic and close to just about everywhere.

It's comfortable and good, with Indomaret and kiosks nearby, and you can recommend it to friends. Right now, it's one of the most recommended options for South Jakarta, Depok, Margonda, University of Indonesia, Gunadarma, and BSI.

The place is very dirty. Be careful if you book.
