What stayed with me most was the calm of the forest and sharing it with my family. Sitting on the veranda and walking the trails together turned into lovely memories. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with nasi goreng and fresh tropical fruit to start the day. The villas have their own character, and names like Ubud, Lombok, and Toraja bring in a local touch. Wooden carvings, open terraces, and stone paths give the place a Balinese feel. Set among pine trees, birdsong, flowing streams, and cool mountain air in Puncak, Bogor, it feels like a natural retreat. It doesn't have the polished luxury of a five-star hotel, but the setting has its own appeal.

The staff were kind and helpful, but our stay at Jambuluwuk Puncak was a letdown after visiting Jambuluwuk in Batu, Malang in December 2024, where I was very satisfied. We had booked two nights in villa Madura, but the kids were so disappointed they asked to leave after just one. The villa needs major renovation. We didn't eat there and ordered online. Oddly, the delivery rider was able to come right up to the villa.

We held this year's employee gathering at the resort, and its facilities supported us well. The cool air and convenient location made it easier to bond with friends. We were especially satisfied with the tasty food and the security.

Our two-day staff workshop worked really well here. The place is clean, practical, and efficient, with plenty of outdoor space and a covered games hall that came in handy when it rained. The resort staff were friendly and well trained. I'd recommend it for group events.
