I haven't stayed here in a long time. Tried calling earlier, but couldn't get through. Why is that?!

Nobody even said they were sorry that my facial cleanser had gone missing.

The location is convenient, and the price was fairly low. I booked through Agoda and paid under 150rb, though the quality showed the low price. The AC was cool, the bathroom heater worked, and there were a TV and a table. The single socket had three holes, and they provided a towel. There’s an Indomaret and an Alfamart next door, plus lots of places to eat nearby. The room itself was pretty poor. A section of the ceiling was missing, though luckily it didn't leak when it rained. The bathroom was in bad shape: the toilet water barely came out, the door had no lock, and the tap or shower would sometimes work and sometimes stop. No soap, toothbrush, or toothpaste were provided, even though the app said they were included. The bed was comfortable enough, but the sheets or blanket were dirty, either not changed or not washed well. The curtains were broken and only partly covered the window at night, so with the light on, people outside could see in. The Wi-Fi was faulty. Bookings through third-party apps other than RedDoorz often had problems. On Agoda I selected early check-in, but the property didn't have it listed, so I waited about two hours. I complained to Agoda, and eventually they let me in before the usual time. I'd recommend this place for a cheap stay in a strategic location if facilities don't matter to you. For a staycation focused on amenities and views, it's really not recommended. There are places that cost a little more but have much better service and facilities. I hope management pays more attention to guest feedback.
