The communication between the admin and the three security staff was poor, and the whole experience left me really disappointed. I’d confirmed the price on WA, including how long it applied for, and was told that was the amount. The next day, when I brought someone with me, they contacted me on WA asking for extra payment if I wanted to stay until that same time. On top of that, I paid the DP by transfer and handed the remaining amount to a staff member. While I was resting, they contacted me again to say the payment was short, even though I’d paid in full. After arriving tired and hoping to relax, I ended up in a bad mood. The booking and staff service were among the most disappointing parts, and I don’t want to go to mares again.

I've stayed here several times and feel it's safe, with no regrets so far. The location is easy to get to and within walking distance of the station. There's a pool, coffee shop, and shopping place, and the facilities are complete. The room itself is comfortable, clean, fragrant, and tidy, with a nice kitchen and bathroom setup and really cold AC. Best place.

My husband and I booked the VIP room for when we had just gotten married. It came decorated with flowers, and there was a cake too. The place was nice and smelled clean, and we found it comfortable. The service was good, and we weren't disappointed. My husband and I recommend it 😍🥰🤩💖.

Needroom has lots of different unit concepts, and the owner was especially kind. The admin and staff were all friendly too. I found the room really cool, clean-smelling, and well equipped, so I wasn't disappointed at all. For a staycation, I'd definitely choose needroom again, friends. It's the best.

I messaged the admin yesterday to book, then again this afternoon, but got no response. When I arrived, they kept passing the issue from one application to another for almost an hour. I DON'T CARE. Good communication should have happened from the start, instead of this silence from the stupid admin.
