The communication between the admin and the three security staff was poor, and the whole experience left me really disappointed. I’d confirmed the price on WA, including how long it applied for, and was told that was the amount. The next day, when I brought someone with me, they contacted me on WA asking for extra payment if I wanted to stay until that same time. On top of that, I paid the DP by transfer and handed the remaining amount to a staff member. While I was resting, they contacted me again to say the payment was short, even though I’d paid in full. After arriving tired and hoping to relax, I ended up in a bad mood. The booking and staff service were among the most disappointing parts, and I don’t want to go to mares again.
