OYO 3691 Apartment Saladin Mansion

The room had three cockroaches waiting for me when I got in, and they said there were no other rooms available when I asked to move. The AC started leaking by morning, leaving the floor wet and smelly. I also heard someone crying even though nobody was there. I booked late at night through the app, then found out I had to pay parking myself, 3 thousand per hour. I was only there for a few hours, but it still felt expensive, and I wondered about people checking in at noon without any ticket discount. Check-in took ages, too. Once was enough, thanks.

It's really disappointing. I made a booking, but the apartment management refused to honor it because the price didn't match what was shown in the app. My deposit also still hasn't been returned since May 15th, even after I reported it to OYO.

The sheets had holes in them and the bathroom was dirty. Also, the price in the app isn't the price at check-in, and they ask for another fee on top of the deposit. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

They wanted another 250,000 IDR for one night when we arrived, since the on-site price didn't match the app. The walls were badly peeling, and there weren't any toiletries. I'm fed up, I won't come back.
