The lobby gets crowded with study groups during exam week. For male guests, though, there’s a rule that they can’t stay in the lobby after 10 pm. It’s a safe, comfortable place to stay, with security around the clock. Rooms are cleaned once a month, and laundry is available through a third party for an extra charge beyond the rent. There’s also a shuttle car between UI and Kencana Puteri.

The lobby is cozy, though it’s currently closed because of the pandemic. There’s plenty of room to park both cars and motorcycles, and it’s a good boarding house.

I was disappointed by a few things, and the place felt overrated. The parking area is roomy and comfortable, though, and the security is friendly and on duty 24 hours, which made it feel very safe.
