I chose this place because it was close to Hermina Hospital, and after long, tiring days looking after a sick family member, that convenience mattered. The exterior looked promising, but inside was a different story. The bedding smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom needed a proper clean, with stains that really shouldn't be part of a guest's welcome. It wasn't a restful atmosphere either. One staff member played dangdut so loudly it felt like a Metallica concert, while the owner spoke at a volume that could have served as a PA system. Cleanliness, professionalism, and basic courtesy seemed optional. For me, the location couldn't make up for the rest of the experience.

The outside looks attractive, and there are lots of rooms. Inside, though, it feels dated. Hot water was unreliable, blankets were in short supply, and the bin was kept outside the room. I'd prefer one indoors. For a two-star hotel it's still pretty good, and fine for a night, a longer stay, a business trip, or a stopover.

I paid in the app for early check-in and late check-out, but when the staff member arrived, they said I'd have to pay again on the spot to use those features. They dismissed the app payment and wouldn't take responsibility, saying they only provide the property, it's their policy, and money paid through the app is outside their responsibility. How can RedDoorz and the property have no clear agreement about this?

The receptionist wasn't friendly. My dog even got scolded because the AC hadn't been turned off.
