The automatic parking has made things complicated. The system had an error and got stuck, and I was confused about what to do. I waited 15 minutes for an officer to show up. There were three officers, and one without a hat was really grumpy. I asked politely, but he angrily told me to step back in a harsh tone, even though it was clearly a system problem. Please improve your attitude, it was really bad. The officer wearing a hat apologized afterwards and was very respectful.

The security guard was extremely rude. He spoke to guests as if they were close friends, using the same language and tone.

For a first stay, be aware that some basics are missing: there were no tissues or bottled mineral water, and the TV turned on but had no picture. On my second stay, the toilet water was blocked and wouldn't drain, so it flooded.

The bathroom needs attention. There was no lock, the shower was broken, and water overflowed until it flooded out of the room. The AC didn't cool, and the TV wouldn't turn on. My car was parked in the lot and then double-locked by a security guard who wasn't very friendly.
