The elevator was unreliable, and the information desk staff seemed unconcerned about the building's daytime electricity use, which tenants are charged for. The lobby doors were often left open by security, even as they told others to shut them. I caught a security guard leaving one open, and he ignored me.
Only one lift actually works, while the two in towers A and B make a strange, creepy noise. There are lots of cracks in the building, and the management is unprofessional. Security and customer service staff are arrogant too. If you're on a low floor in Tower A, the cinema bass can shake your windows. Think twice ☝🏼

There are plenty of facilities here, including a shopping mall, movie studio, swimming pool, gym, and more. The apartment itself feels cozy.
