The Ocean View Villa

The villa looked like the photos, and both it and the view were amazing. If we could rent it again without the host and crew, we'd return for that view. We actually enjoyed staying there when they weren't around, but the host and staff made us feel unwelcome throughout. The host seemed hostile from the moment we arrived. There were eight adults and three children in our group, including domestic and international guests, and I felt she might not have liked having domestic guests. We felt as if we were there only by her grace. The housekeeping woman didn't smile or greet us during our six days. No one offered to help carry things from the car, they just watched us each day. We also had repeated problems getting enough supplies. On arrival, we had only four pool towels and six bath towels for eleven people. We had to ask for towels, tissue, and soap several times during the stay because they weren't replaced after cleaning. I've stayed in probably more than 200 hotels and over 10 villas, and this was by far the worst host experience I've had.

The place is really good overall, but I can't watch Netflix because I don't have the password :(
