The service was the highlight. We got there before check-in, and since we needed to head out, they let us use the bathroom in a room that had just checked out. Staff carried our bags, explained things in detail, and the receptionist responded quickly to requests and complaints. If you come here, the jeep package is a must, it was totally worth it. They took us to the tourist spot and took photos with us. The location is easy to find, just 650m from the Dieng plateau and close to everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable, though smaller than I expected from the photos. The kitchen had a stove, magic com, kettle, mortar, knife, cutting board, and cutlery, plus tea, coffee, sugar, and instant noodles. The toilet was clean and had hot water, but only liquid soap. There wasn't anywhere to put soap or toiletries in the toilet, and there were no hangers, just a line for wet towels. Hopefully those things can be improved. Thank you.

The place is comfortable, the service was really great, and the price is easy on the pocket. I paid 600,000 Rupiah a night on a weekday. Weekends are 700k - 800k, depending on the season. The blankets were thick, clean, and fragrant, and 70% of the floor was covered with clean, thick carpet. The cabin area was spacious, with a comfy sofa where we could hang out together before the kids went to bed upstairs on the second floor. Cabins 1 or 2 have a more open view of the mountains and rice fields. Motorbikes can be parked in front of or beside the cabin. If you're driving, there's a parking area out front. The facilities were complete: towels, door mats, KM, a full gallon of water, instant noodles, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar, a hot thermos, cooking and eating utensils, and washing supplies with laundry soap. The digital TV had plenty to watch, and the Wi-Fi was smooth. The heater was sometimes a bit fussy, but the man in charge responded quickly and fixed it soon after we reported it. We did see some worms in the KM, which is normal for a location among rice fields. It's close to lots of attractions. You can walk to Dieng Park or Telaga Warna, they're very near. The road noise wasn't an issue since it's a little set back from the main road. Bring thick clothes and a warm hat, though, because nights get really cold. It reached 11°C in March. No regrets about our three days and two nights here. Highly recommended.

The cabin was clean and smelled fresh, with a direct view of the plantation. It's cold enough without air conditioning, and both hot and cold water worked well. The room is a mezzanine type, with the bed upstairs. The mattress was soft, but almost too soft, so I sank into it a little and didn't find it very comfortable. It's very close to the Dieng zero point, Dieng Park, Telaga Warna, and the strawberry picking garden. The garden was closed for maintenance when I went. There's a stove, tea, coffee, sugar, instant noodles, cooking utensils, tableware, a gallon of water, and a Magicom. I'd suggest bringing rice, as I personally didn't like the rice sold around Dieng. You can order food through WA if you don't feel like going out, but the tempe kemul I wanted to try was sold out. Guests can get a special promotional price for renting a Jeep. Motorbikes park inside, while cars park out front near the shop. The parking area has no roof, so motorbikes can get rained on. Booking and checking availability can only be done through Traveloka. Be careful, they charge for stains or damage in the cabin. The room and facilities were great for 300rb, so I'd recommend it to friends and family who plan to come here.
