Homestay Flamingo Syariah

The room cost around 500,000 Rupiah and had a double bed. It was cheap, but I found the condition disappointing. Cleanliness should come first. The sheets were stained and felt unhygienic, even though they smelled of soap. The photos show what I mean. I’d checked before arrival that the water heater worked, but we only got cold water. The bathroom mat was very damp and wet, as if it hadn’t been changed. Parking was disorganized, and the stairs felt unstable. Several important things, especially the sheets and water heater, fell short of expectations. I hope they improve these things.

The kitchen set was dirty, and the plates and spoons were rusty. There weren’t any toiletries, and after I asked for a towel, the wait was unbelievably long. The doormat was wet too, and it took a long time to get a replacement after I asked. At around 1.2 million rupiah a night, I really can’t recommend this place. I’d look somewhere else. There was absolutely no service.

Dirty, noisy, and not what I expected. The entrance is narrow, the staff were stupid, and there were no towels, soap, shampoo, or hot water. I don't recommend it. Look for somewhere else.

The place was dirty, and the sheets had map-like patterns all over them. The gallon dispenser had holes with cockroaches in them, and the water was dirty, so we bought our own gallons. The water heater didn't work, the windows were broken, and the place clearly lacked maintenance. We called when we first arrived to confirm, but the lady didn't care that a group was coming. Her reasons for ignoring us weren't our problem. We were customers who should have been served, not brushed off. It was unprofessional. I hope the homestay is better maintained and the service becomes friendlier. Customers are king and should be treated well and properly.
