Lcr Hotel

Many thanks to your staff, especially the receptionist who came to our room and got a taxi ready for the airport. We were there within 15 minutes and made our flight. We’d booked an 11:40h flight to LBJ with Wings Air, but it was canceled and we were moved to the 8:30h flight. We had booked through Agoda, so Wings Air didn’t have our phone number or email. They tried to find us and thought of LCR hotel in Ende. It was 7:55h, less than 35 minutes before departure, and we were still in bed, getting ready for the breakfast buffet downstairs. The receptionist managed to let us know in time. Thanks again to your staff and to the Wings Air staff in Ende for working together to help us.

The buffet breakfast was a little limited, but good enough. The location is tucked between residential homes, well away from noisy main roads, and very close to the airport. We stayed two nights after coming back from Moni, where we’d gone to see the Kelimutu Lakes. This was the best hotel we stayed at on Flores, even including the one in Labuan Bajo. Great value for money, a very comfortable bed, and a decent hot shower.

The hotel offers a free airport transfer, and it’s only a five minute ride away. From the rooftop terrace, you get a good view over the bay, and we enjoyed a beer there at sunset. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is a little small, but clean and has a hot shower.

The food was lovely, the bed super comfortable, and the room was clean with good facilities. Best of all, the beer was cold, and Delvina brought it up to our room. Delvina was a star from the moment we arrived. She deserves a promotion. The customer service was the best I’ve ever seen from any establishment, and it made this the best hotel experience I’ve had. My girlfriend and I wanted to watch football, and the staff spent a good 30 minutes setting it up in our room. When the TV didn’t work, they brought us another one. Every request got a “yes, no problem, we are here to help.” Delvina and Eni were their names, and there was also a good guy on the male security staff, though I don’t know his name. If you see them, you’re lucky. Thanks, and please keep up the good work. It doesn’t go unnoticed.
