Sabda Alam Hotel Resort

The warm water pool was the highlight for our group of six. It's big, relaxing, and great for family or friends to gather. The deluxe suite itself was clean, and the mattress was soft and comfortable, though so high that getting into bed was a bit difficult. It's the highest bed I've ever seen. A few door locks were broken and some doors were hard to lock, especially the wooden doors at the back by the balcony. Breakfast could use more variety, like salads and pastries.

The bungalow had a lovely view from the terrace, with a mountain, a fish pond, and lotus flowers. We also got complimentary snacks and drinks. I stayed with my family in Suite Asri, and it suited us well: three queen-size beds, a living room, a wide back terrace, and a private hot spring pool. The water was warm rather than very hot, so it felt safe to soak for hours. Six people fit comfortably. Guests can also use the sauna, gym, warm water pool, and waterpark. There was just one bathroom and toilet for all six of us, which felt a bit limited. Staff were mixed. Some were kind and helpful, others weren't, and the hospitality overall could be better, though they have potential.

The mountain scenery around the pools is beautiful, and there's a good range of pools, from ones for little kids to options adults can enjoy. I tried them and thought they were perfect for a family vacation. One small request: please keep the area around the pools cleaner. People were smoking carelessly and leaving litter. Aside from that, great job.

Had a fun game of Padel with Hj Beni at Padel Park Garut, by the way. At the hotel, the room was spotless and cozy, and the facilities were well maintained. The staff made me feel welcome and the service was exceptional. Aa Pian was especially friendly and helpful. I'd happily come back and recommend the place to others.
